It was around 1:30 p.m. when a suspected hit-and-run collision happened in Cimarron Hills.
According to the incident report, a female wearing a burgundy sweater and long hair appeared to have ran north from the scene.
Moreover, a man wearing an orange hoodie, approximately 25 to 30 years old, stayed.
Emergency rescuers rushed to the incident and provided assistance.
