Woman Critically Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash in East Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (June 17, 2025) — On Tuesday evening, a woman suffered life-threatening injuries and another man was hospitalized following a three-vehicle collision on 44th Street in east Phoenix.

According to Phoenix Fire officials, the crash occurred around 7 p.m. near 44th and Belleview streets, south of McDowell Road. Emergency crews responded to the scene and found four people involved in the wreck.

Paramedics transported a woman to a hospital in critical condition. A man also sustained injuries and was taken to a hospital in stable condition.

Two other individuals were evaluated by firefighters at the scene but declined further medical treatment.

Phoenix police are investigating the circumstances that led to the crash. No additional details have been released.
