St. Louis, MO (July 18, 2026) – A bicyclist sustained critical injuries following a traffic collision on Dr. Martin Luther King Drive early Friday.

It was before 1 a.m. on July 17, when a vehicle struck the bicyclist at the intersection with Belt Avenue near Hamilton Heights.
