Mexia, TX (November 22, 2025) — A deadly two-vehicle collision on Highway 14 in Mexia left both drivers dead Wednesday evening.

According to authorities, the fatal collision happened on the 4800 block of North Highway 14 around 5:10 p.m., where officers found multiple occupants involved in the crash.

One driver died at the scene, while the second driver was pronounced dead after being taken to the hospital. All remaining passengers from both vehicles were transported to nearby medical facilities for treatment. Investigators have not yet determined what caused the crash, and police have not released the names of those involved or the types of vehicles driven.
