Yavapai County, AZ (July 16, 2026) — On Wednesday, a 69-year-old Prescott man died, and a 17-year-old girl suffered injuries following a head-on collision on Walker Road in Yavapai County.

According to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash on Walker Road near mile marker 4. Investigators determined that a pickup truck driven by the teenage girl crossed into the opposite lane and collided head-on with a van driven by the 69-year-old man.
