30-Year-Old Cordale Rashon Graham Arrested in Deadly Crash on CR3601 [Bullard, TX]

Bullard, TX (June 13, 2025) – 30-year-old Cordale Rashon Graham was arrested after a deadly rollover crash on CR3601.

According to authorities, the fatal collision happened Wednesday evening, at around 8:15 p.m. on the 3000 block of County Road 3601.

Reports say that the rollover crash left one person dead and led to the arrest of Graham.

Authorities responded to and found Graham at the scene. Investigators noted signs of alcohol intoxication and later discovered a deceased individual in the passenger seat.

Despite Graham’s initial claim that he wasn’t driving, a witness reported seeing him drive away intoxicated moments earlier. After failing a sobriety test and admitting to possessing marijuana, Graham was taken to a hospital and later booked into Cherokee County Jail on charges of intoxication manslaughter and marijuana possession.
