ROSEVILLE, CA (September 24, 2026)— A 78-year-old woman died, and three other people were hospitalized Thursday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash near Douglas Boulevard and King Road in Roseville.

The collision happened at approximately 3:50 p.m. just east of Interstate 80, according to Roseville Police Department spokesperson Lt. Nick Gaines.

Authorities said the 78-year-old woman died as a result of the crash.

Emergency personnel transported three other people to area hospitals for treatment. Among those injured were a 17-year-old boy and an 11-year-old girl.

Gaines said both juveniles suffered major injuries but are expected to recover.

An adult was also hospitalized following the collision. Officials did not immediately release additional details regarding that person’s condition.
