Pedestrian Crash on 64th Drive Under Investigation [Phoenix, AZ]

Phoenix, AZ (June 12, 2025) — Early Wednesday morning, a pedestrian suffered injuries after a frightening crash on 64th Drive, where a vehicle struck them in west Phoenix.

Phoenix police responded to the area of 64th Drive and Indian School Road at approximately 4:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a pedestrian-involved crash. Investigators determined that the pedestrian was crossing the roadway mid-block when a vehicle hit them.

Emergency crews transported the injured pedestrian to a hospital. Authorities said the victim is expected to survive.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Police reported no signs of impairment.
