14-Year-Old Critical After Crash on Baltimore Avenue in Dallas

Dallas, TX (September 3, 2024) – On Sunday evening, a 14-year-old Dallas boy is in critical condition in a crash on Baltimore Avenue.

The accident occurred just before 7 p.m. as the boy rode down his electric scooter on Baltimore Avenue and attempted to turn onto Turtle Creek. 

The driver of the vehicle immediately stopped and called for assistance. 

The injured boy was quickly transported to Parkland, where he remains in the ICU in critical condition. 

According to University Park Police, the boy was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, and the incident is currently under investigation.
