Shocking UTV Crash on Bass Road Injures Two 14-Year-Old Teens [Laclede County, MO]

Laclede County, MO (November 9, 2025) — On Thursday evening, 2 teenagers from Lynchburg were injured in a UTV crash on Bass Road, about two miles from Highway 32.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 14-year-old driver was operating a Honda UTV when it veered off the left side of the road and overturned.

Reports say that the driver sustained moderate injuries, while the 14-year-old passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken by EMS to Mercy Hospital for treatment.

Authorities said neither teen was wearing a safety device at the time of the crash.
