2 People Arrested in San Antonio Auto Accident on De Zavala and Vance Jackson Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 29, 2025) – Sunday morning, an alarming hit-and-run crash on De Zavala and Vance Jackson Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 1:30 a.m. at De Zavala and Vance Jackson Road.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, a stolen yellow Dodge Ram ran a red light and struck a southbound gray 2021 Toyota. Then, the driver and two passengers of the Dodge fled the scene on foot after the crash.

Moreover, responders transported a passenger of the Toyota to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, officers managed to arrest two men for evading arrest and possession of a criminal instrument.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the San Antonio Police Department continued investigating the crash.
