Two Hospitalized After Box Truck Slams Into Building in Central-Alameda

Los Angeles, CA (November 22, 2025) — Early Wednesday morning, 2 people were hurt and hospitalized after a frightening crash on East 21st Street.

According to authorities, the crash happened around 4:08 a.m. on East 21st Street, just west of South Alameda Street.

Reports say that a box truck crashed into a commercial building in South Los Angeles, sending two people to the hospital. Los Angeles Fire Department crews arrived at the scene, and worked to free both victims from the wrecked truck.
