One Injured in Rollover Crash at Eubank Boulevard and Buena Ventura Road
Albuquerque, NM (April 18, 2026) — On Thursday evening, at least one person was injured after a rollover crash on Eubank Boulevard in northeast Albuquerque.
Police responded shortly before 7:20 p.m. to Eubank Boulevard and Buena Ventura Road NE. Emergency crews found the injured victim at the scene and transported them to a hospital for treatment.

Let’s Avoid Traffic Accidents
Avoiding auto accidents involves paying attention and practicing safe driving methods. And as always, you should follow the speed and traffic laws, and don’t text (or use your phone in any way) behind the wheel.
Keep a safe trailing distance to be able to stop, if necessary.
Do not drink and drive, and never get behind the wheel if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you are tired.
Watch your mirrors and use your turn signals, and check your blind spots, before changing lanes or making a turn. Drive calmly and patiently, especially in heavy traffic or bad weather.
When you drive responsibly and remain alert, you help prevent accidents and keep everyone on the road safe.
Rollover crashes can cause serious injuries. Drivers should avoid speeding, remain attentive, and always wear seat belts to reduce risk.
Life After a Traffic Accident: What You Should Know
A traffic accident doesn’t truly end when the vehicles are removed from the scene. For many victims, the real impact begins afterward. Physical injuries, emotional distress, and financial burdens can linger long after the crash, making recovery challenging and overwhelming.
Car accident injuries range from minor cuts and bruises to serious conditions like broken bones, spinal injuries, or traumatic brain injuries. Even injuries that seem small at first can develop into long-term health issues. Beyond the physical pain, many people experience anxiety, stress, sleep disturbances, and post-traumatic stress. At the same time, medical bills pile up and missed work leads to lost income, creating additional financial strain.
If someone else’s negligence caused your accident, you may have the right to pursue compensation. This can include coverage for medical expenses, lost wages, property damage, pain and suffering, and future care needs. Understanding your rights is crucial to protecting your future.
