Sacramento, CA (May 24, 2025) — A man died early Friday morning after a pedestrian crash on Florin Road in Sacramento.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened shortly after 2:30 a.m. on eastbound Florin Road west of Florin Perkins Road. Investigators said the driver was traveling east when the vehicle hit the pedestrian, who was reportedly in the roadway at the time of the collision.
