Midland, TX (August 22, 2026) — On Wednesday, two 18-wheelers collided in a frightening crash on Highway 158 at the Midland 5-Points intersection, leaving people with minor injuries.
The collision happened near State Highway 158 and South County Road 1213. Midland Fire Department crews responded to the scene and temporarily reduced traffic on SH 158 to one lane while they treated those involved and removed the wreckage.
