St. Louis, MO (March 31, 2026) – A three-car crash on Interstate 270 at Highway 367 on Tuesday night left two adults and six children injured.
Authorities said the crash began when one vehicle ran out of gas and stopped in a lane of traffic in front of a second car.
A third vehicle then struck the second car, which pushed the second vehicle into the first.
