Pomona, CA (March 5, 2025) – A violent truck crash on Highway 10 led authorities to issue a SigAlert early Monday morning.

According to authorities, the horrific crash happened around 4:15 a.m. just east of the 57 Freeway.

Reports say that the crash involved a FedEx truck and another vehicle, the collision blocked all westbound lanes of the 10 Freeway for several hours.

Authorities issued the SigAlert shortly after, diverting traffic onto the 57 Freeway as crews worked to clear an oil spill from the roadway.

By 5:30 a.m., traffic was backed up for two to three miles. The California Highway Patrol announced at 8:19 a.m. that the freeway had reopened, restoring normal traffic flow four hours after the crash.
