COLUMBIA, MO (July 20, 2026) – Friday afternoon, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on State Route 52 near Meadowbrook Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 12:15 p.m. on State Route 52 near Meadowbrook Road.

According to reports, a 2004 Ford Taurus rear-ended a 2020 Ford F-550 that was stopped and waiting to make a left turn.

Moreover, responders airlifted the 29-year-old male driver of the Taurus to University Hospital with unknown injuries.
