2 People Hospitalized in Columbia Auto Accident on US Highway 65 and Honda Road

COLUMBIA, MO (July 30, 2026) – Monday afternoon, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on US Highway 65 and Honda Road injured two people.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. on US Highway 65 and Honda Road.

According to reports, a northbound 2026 GMC Sierra struck a 2023 Buick Envision that made a left turn.

Moreover, responders transported the 46-year-old male driver of the GMC to Bothwell Regional Health Center with serious injuries. Then, paramedics transported the 84-year-old female driver of the Buick to Bothwell Regional Health Center with minor injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the Missouri State Highway Patrol continued investigating the crash.
