PACOIMA, CA (March 15, 2026) – Saturday morning, a motorcyclist sustained injuries in a crippling 3-vehicle crash on 118 Freeway and San Fernando Road.

The incident involving a motorcycle and two other vehicles happened at around 11:25 a.m. on the westbound 118 Freeway and San Fernando Road.

Authorities said the crash involved a motorcyclist, a silver sedan, and possibly a white SUV, according to the CHP.

Paramedics took the motorcyclist to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center. Officials did not release information about the rider’s condition.

The roadway reopened around 12:45 p.m.
