San Antonio Multi-Vehicle Accident on US Highway 90 and Texas 51

SAN ANTONIO, TX (July 26, 2026) – Wednesday afternoon, a crippling 4-vehicle crash on US Highway 90 and Texas 151.

The incident involving four vehicles happened on US Highway 90 and Texas 51.

Several people sustained non-life-threatening injuries after a white pickup truck overturned, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

Police said the crash occurred when another vehicle clipped the white pickup, causing it to roll over.

Witness Jorge Manzanares and several other motorists rushed to the overturned truck to help rescue the occupants. He said they assisted a woman trapped in the front seat and found a baby and a 7-year-old boy inside the vehicle.

Police said the occupants of the pickup were transported to a hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
