VICTORVILLE, CA (October 7, 2025) – Friday night, Rosalie Marie Morales was arrested in a crippling bicycle crash on Nisquali Road near Second Avenue.

The incident happened at around 9:15 p.m. on Nisquali Road near Second Avenue.

Police said a white Toyota Camry crashed into a 13-year-old bicyclist in the eastbound lanes of Nisqualli Road. The juvenile suffered major injuries and was taken to a trauma center for treatment. His current condition has not been released.

The driver, identified as 36-year-old Morales, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, causing major bodily injury, according to county booking records. Her bail was set at $250,000, and she’s scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in the Victorville branch of San Bernardino County Superior Court.
