PULASKI COUNTY, MO (April 15, 2026) – Monday morning, a crippling car crash on Interstate 44 at Mile Marker 167 injured two people.

The incident occurred at 8:45 a.m. on Interstate 44 at Mile Marker 167.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 61-year-old man was driving a 2018 Ram 2500 when he crested a hill and collided with the rear of a 2026 Freightliner semi-truck.

The driver, a man from Rolla, suffered serious injuries and was taken by EMS to a hospital.

The semi-truck driver, a 47-year-old man from Cincinnati, Ohio, sustained minor injuries.

Authorities said both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
