SAN ANTONIO, TX (December 2, 2023) – Early Friday morning, a crippling car crash on NW Loop 410 and Interstate Highway 10 injured 2 people.

The incident on NW Loop 410 towards Interstate Highway 10 occurred at about 2:30 a.m.

According to police, the red sedan hit a black truck that was driving on the fly-over ramp. As a result, the sedan rolled back and hit a white box truck.

As a result, the sedan passenger suffered serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital, authorities added.

Meanwhile, officers found that the driver of the sedan was intoxicated and was arrested for Intoxication Assault. Meanwhile, the driver of the black truck was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
