PHOENIX, AZ (November 12, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a crippling hit-and-run crash on 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road injured a pedestrian.

The incident happened at about 3:00 a.m. on 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, after a man was struck by a vehicle.

Police said a man was hit while crossing 19th Avenue and taken to a hospital, where he’s expected to survive. The vehicle involved fled the scene, and no description has been released.

Authorities closed 19th Avenue in the area while investigators processed the scene.
