KILLEEN, TX (July 2, 2025) – Saturday, a woman suffered injuries in a crippling hit-and-run crash on 2800 Stagecoach Road.

The incident happened in the 2800 block of Stagecoach Road.

Officers responded to a call about a woman lying in the roadway and discovered a 20-year-old woman with multiple injuries. Killeen Fire Department EMS provided immediate medical care, and she was airlifted to Baylor Scott & White Hospital in critical but stable condition.

According to a preliminary investigation, the woman was walking as a pedestrian when struck by a vehicle. The driver did not stop to help and fled the scene. Authorities have identified the suspect vehicle as a white BMW last seen heading eastbound on Stagecoach Road.
