Injuries Reported in San Antonio Motorcycle Accident near Broadway and Casa Blanca Street

SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 12, 2026) – Friday night, a crippling motorcycle crash near Broadway and Casa Blanca Street sent two people to the hospital.

The incident occurred just before 11:30 p.m. near Broadway and Casa Blanca Street.

Police said a 31-year-old man was riding a motorcycle northbound on Broadway at a high rate of speed.

A Kia Soul traveling southbound attempted to turn left as the motorcycle was allegedly speeding.

The motorcycle collided with the Kia, leaving the rider and his passenger — a 30-year-old woman — with life-threatening injuries. Both were transported to the hospital.

The driver of the Kia stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation by the San Antonio Police Department.
