1 Person Hospitalized in San Jose Multi-Vehicle Accident on Almaden Expressway near Branham Lane

SAN JOSE, CA (February 19, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, a crippling multi-vehicle crash on Almaden Expressway near Branham Lane injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 1:35 p.m. on Almaden Expressway, between Hillsdale Avenue and Branham Lane, just north of State Route 85.

According to the San Jose Police Department, the crash involved multiple vehicles.

Moreover, responders rushed at least one person to a hospital with life-threatening Injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed all southbound and northbound lanes of Almaden Expressway from Branham Lane to Hillsdale Avenue. All lanes have long since reopened.
