Injuries Reported in Riverside Multi-Vehicle Accident on Central Avenue and Lochmore Drive

RIVERSIDE, CA (November 15, 2025) – Last November 6, a crippling multi-vehicle crash on Central Avenue and Lochmore Drive sent 2 people to the hospital.

Reports said that the incident happened on Central Avenue and Lochmore Drive.

Riverside fire and police crews responded to a four-car crash that left one person briefly trapped. When units arrived, they found two vehicles with major front-end damage from a head-on collision, along with a third vehicle with moderate damage and a fourth with minor damage blocking the road.

Firefighters were able to free the trapped occupant without using extrication tools. According to people involved, a truck was traveling the wrong way on a one-way road, nearly hitting two vehicles before crashing head-on into a third truck.

Three AMR units were requested. Two people were taken to the hospital with injuries that haven’t been detailed, while a third person declined transport. Several others also refused medical transport.

It’s not yet known if impairment played a role. The crash remains under investigation.
