Injuries Reported in Phoenix Pedestrian Accident on 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard

PHOENIX, AZ (February 15, 2026) – Late Thursday night, a woman sustained injuries in a crippling pedestrian crash on 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard.

The incident involving a pedestrian happened just after 10:00 p.m. on 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard, near Desert Sky Mall.

Emergency crews found the woman with serious injuries and transported her to a nearby hospital.

Investigators said the driver remained at the scene and was not impaired at the time of the crash.

As of Friday morning, the woman remains hospitalized in critical condition. Officers continue to investigate what led up to the collision and are working to determine whether she was in a crosswalk at the time.

Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
