Injuries Reported in Montecito Heights Pedestrian Accident on Arroyo Seco Parkway near Pasadena Avenue

MONTECITO HEIGHTS, CA (September 23, 2026) – Tuesday morning, a person sustained injuries in a crippling pedestrian crash on Arroyo Seco Parkway.

The incident happened at about 2:57 a.m. on Arroyo Seco Parkway near Pasadena Avenue.

A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A CHP spokesperson said the driver remained at the scene. The pedestrian’s condition was not immediately available.

Video from the scene showed Los Angeles Fire Department personnel treating the victim before they were transported to a hospital.

A SigAlert was issued for the No. 2 and No. 3 lanes of the 110 near Pasadena Avenue. The alert was canceled at 4:12 a.m., according to CHP.
