Injuries Reported in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on McPherson Boulevard and Summer Creek Drive

FORT WORTH, TX (February 6, 2025) – Tuesday afternoon, a crippling pedestrian crash on McPherson Boulevard and Summer Creek Drive injured 1 person.

The incident happened at 4:20 p.m. on McPherson Boulevard and Summer Creek Drive in South Forth Worth.

Fort Worth Fire, Police, and MedStar EMS responded to the scene and found that a juvenile male student had been struck by a vehicle.

The student, a 7th grader from Summer Creek Middle School in Crowley ISD, was transported to Cook Children’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Fort Worth Police confirmed that the child remains in critical condition.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
