Injuries Reported in Temple Auto Accident on 2000 Everton Drive

TEMPLE, TX (August 21, 2025) – Wednesday morning, a crippling pickup crash on 2000 Everton Drive injured 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 10:14 a.m. in the 2000 block of Everton Road.

Reports said a pickup accelerated into a building, coming to a stop completely inside. Investigators believe the driver was trying to exit the parking lot when the crash occurred.

One person was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The driver and another person struck were not hurt.

The Temple Police Traffic and Crime Scene units are investigating. Anyone with information is asked to call Temple police at 254-298-5500 or Bell County Crime Stoppers at 254-256-8477. Callers may remain anonymous.
