2 People Hurt in Reynolds County Auto Accident on Highway 72 near Centerville

REYNOLDS COUNTY, MO (March 24, 2026) – Saturday night, a crippling single-vehicle crash on Highway 72 near Centerville injured two people.

The incident happened at around 5:40 p.m. on Highway 72 near Centerville.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a vehicle veered off the road, struck two trees, and rolled over.

Moreover, responders airlifted the 48-year-old male driver and his 39-year-old female passenger to Barnes-Jewish Hospital with serious injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the MSHP continued investigating the crash.
