COLUMBIA, MO (October 27, 2025) – Sunday afternoon, a crippling single-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 and 134 Mile Marker injured 2.

The incident occurred at 3:10 p.m. on Interstate 70 eastbound at the 134 mile marker.

According to the crash report, a 50-year-old man was driving a 2007 Toyota Sienna when the vehicle slid off the wet pavement, veered off the right side of the road, and struck a sign before crossing the separator and ending up on the south outer road.

Both the driver and a 57-year-old female passenger were taken by ambulance to University Hospital for treatment. The vehicle was towed from the scene, and no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
