2 People Hurt in Winchester Multi-Vehicle Accident on State Route 79 and Domenigoni Parkway
WINCHESTER, CA (January 22, 2025) – Tuesday morning, a crippling three-vehicle crash on State Route 79 and Domenigoni Parkway injured two people.
The incident happened at around 8:15 a.m. on State Route 79 and Domenigoni Parkway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a northbound Toyota Camry rear-ended a Tesla for still unknown reasons. Then, the force of the crash pushed the Tesla to collide with a Volkswagen Jetta.
Moreover, responders transported the 45-year-old driver of the Camry to a hospital with moderate injuries. Then, paramedics transported the 38-year-old female driver of the Tesla to a hospital with knee injuries. Also, the 23-year-old male driver of the Jetta was not hurt in the incident.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
