APPLE VALLEY, CA (January 13, 2025) – Sunday afternoon, a crippling two-vehicle crash on Corwin Road and Tao Road injured one person.

The incident happened at around 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of Corwin Road and Tao Road.

According to reports, a gray Toyota Tacoma and a black GMC truck collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed one person to St. Mary’s Medical Center where the patient was airlifted to a trauma center with unknown injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.

Due to the limited information, the Apple Valley Police Department continued investigating the crash.
