Bexar County, TX (January 14, 2025) On Monday morning, 40-year-old Crystal Mendoza was pronounced dead after a tragic 2-car crash on Martinez Losoya Road.

According to authorities, the fatal incident happened at about 6:30 a.m. in the 1700 block of Martinez Losoya Road.

Reports say that a deadly two-vehicle crash left one person dead and three others injured.

Authorities say that the collision involved a minivan and a pickup truck.

Officials say that Mendoza, a 40-year-old driving the minivan, tragically lost her life at the scene. Two teenagers, aged 13 and 14, who were passengers in the minivan, sustained broken legs and were transported to University Hospital. Both teens are in stable condition.

Meanwhile, the pickup truck driver, a man in his 20s, also sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to University Hospital. Investigators noted his reluctance to provide details about the crash.

Martinez Losoya Road was temporarily closed as investigators collected evidence and examined the crash scene. Authorities are considering possible charges related to the incident.
