San Bernardino, CA (January 23, 2026) – Dale Kirk Wintersteen, a 46, of Orange County, was killed in a 210 Freeway collision Tuesday morning.

It was before 6:00 a.m. on January 20 when the authorities responded to a traffic accident.

When they arrived, troopers declared the driver, Wintersteen, dead at the scene.

CHP is conducting a further investigation into the fatal crash.
