VISALIA, CA (January 2, 2022) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Daniel Solis after a car crash on West Street near Main Street.
 
The incident occurred just before 6:30 p.m. on West Street near Main Street.
 
Reports said that an on-duty Visalia police officer traveled north on West Street near Main Street. Meanwhile, 35-year-old Daniel Solis traveled east on Main Street towards West Street.,
 
Then, Solis failed to yield at a red light and hit the police cruiser.
 
Meanwhile, Solis and the involved officer sustained minor injuries. Then, they received treatment at an area hospital and were later released.
 
Moreover, the authorities believed that Solis drove under the influence of alcohol.
