David Alison Walker Arrested in Horrific Hit-and-Run Crash on Jefferson Boulevard [West Sacramento, CA]

2 Dead in West Sacramento Pedestrian Accident on Jefferson Boulevard and Bevan Boulevard

WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (August 4, 2025) – Saturday night, David Alison Walker was arrested after a horrific hit-and-run crash on Jefferson Boulevard.

The incident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian happened at about 9:00 p.m. on Jefferson Boulevard and Bevan Boulevard.

After an overnight investigation, police said they identified a vehicle and a suspect connected to the crash.

On Sunday, officers arrested 71-year-old Walker, a Fair Oaks resident, with help from the Vacaville Police Department. 

West Sacramento police confirmed that two women were killed in the crash, but their identities and ages had not yet been released.
