Deadly Bicycle Accident Near Osborn Road Kills 20-Year-Old Man [Phoenix, AZ]

Phoenix, AZ (June 30, 2025) Early Sunday morning, a 20-year-old man lost his life early Sunday morning in a deadly bicycle accident near Osborn Road.

According to authorities, the shocking incident happened around 2 a.m. near Osborn Road and 75th Avenue.

Reports say that a man died after a hit-and-run driver struck him while he was riding his electric bike in west Phoenix.

Phoenix police say that the victim had been riding an e-bike when a vehicle hit him. Emergency crews transported him to a nearby hospital, where he later died from his injuries. Authorities have not yet released his identity.

Investigators believe the suspect vehicle was heading south on 71st Avenue when the collision occurred. The driver fled before officers arrived. Police say the vehicle likely sustained visible damage, although no specific details about the car have been provided.
