Deadly Car Crash on Huntington Avenue Kills 80-Year-Old Woman [Fresno, CA]

Fresno, CA (June 29, 2025) – A deadly 2-car crash on Huntington Avenue left an 80-Year-Old passenger killed and 2 men injured.

According to authorities, the fatal 2-car collision happened around 10:30 a.m. at Huntington and Chestnut Avenues.

Reports say that the two-car collision in southeast Fresno Saturday morning killed a woman and hospitalized two men.

The crash, involved a black Chevy Camaro and a white Lexus sedan.

After the initial impact, the Lexus crashed into a metal fence, bringing both cars to a stop. Investigators worked to determine fault at the scene.

Due to extensive vehicle damage, Fresno firefighters extricated both occupants from the Lexus. The Lexus’s 36-year-old male driver sustained injuries and went to a local hospital. His 80-year-old female front passenger suffered critical injuries and died at a local hospital. The Camaro’s 26-year-old male driver also went to a hospital and remains in stable condition.
