Houston, TX (April 21, 2023) On Thursday, a car crash on Interstate 45 left a man loading equipment onto a trailer dead.

HCSO says that the fatal auto-pedestrian accident happened at about 9:15 a.m. along I-45 near Richey Road.

Reports say that a vehicle struck the back of a semi-truck with a tilting trailer, that was stopped along the service road. The impact of the collision set a motion of events that the tilted trailer struck a man strapping down the equipment.
