According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 2:48 a.m. when a 21-year-old Los Gatos man driving a 2018 Dodge Challenger rear-ended a 2000 Toyota Tacoma. The impact caused the 47-year-old Campbell driver to lose control of the pickup, which caught fire moments later.
