Deadly DUI Crash on Bunny Street Kills 1 Injures Another [Santa Maria, CA]

Santa Maria, CA (March 18, 2023) On Friday evening, a deadly DUI crash on Bunny Street claimed the life of a driver and injured a passenger.

Santa Maria police says that the lethal accident happened at about 3 a.m. at the intersection with Western Avenue near Oakley Park.

Reports say that a single vehicle crashed possibly due to high-speed and impairment. Officials say that the crash killed the driver of the vehicle, while the passenger was trasnported to the hospital for treatment and has since been released.

Authorities are investigating the high-speed accident and have not released additional details about the incident.
