Deadly Highway 54 Crash Claims a Teens Life [Osage Beach, MO]

Osage Beach, MO (June 08, 2025) – A female teen was killed Friday evening after a 2-vehicle Highway 54 crash.

According to authorities, the deadly collision happened around 10:04 p.m. on eastbound Highway 54.

Reports say that a two-vehicle crash claimed the life of a 16-year-old Versailles teen late Friday night.

Authorities say that a 2019 Ford Flex traveling eastbound struck the rear of a 1995 Mercury Cougar, which was partially parked in the driving lane on the right shoulder.

Emergency responders pronounced the teen, who was inside the Mercury, dead at 10:25 p.m. The Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that neither the teen nor the 41-year-old Eldon man driving the Ford wore seatbelts at the time of the crash.
