Deadly Motorcycle Crash on Hoffmeister Avenue Kills 1 [St. Louis, MO]

St. Louis, MO (June 27, 2025) Early Thursday morning, a hit-and-run motorcycle crash on Hoffmeister Avenue left 1 dead.

According to St. Louis County Police, the fatal collision happened at around 5:05 a.m. at the intersection of South Broadway Avenue and Hoffmeister Avenue.

Police are investigating the fatal hit-and-run crash involving a motorcyclist.

Responding officers discovered a crashed motorcycle at the scene. The driver of the vehicle that struck the motorcyclist fled before authorities arrived.

Emergency crews transported the motorcyclist to a nearby hospital, where the rider later died.

Police have not released further details about the incident.
