Delia Price of Valencia Dies in Highway 126 2-Car Crash [Santa Clarita, CA]

Santa Clarita, CA (February 28, 2023) – On Friday, 48-year-old Delia Price of Valencia died in a 2-car collision on Highway 126. 

CHP says that the fatal collision happened around 12 p.m. on Highway 126 near Spalding Drive.

Reports say that an eastbound Dodge Durango spun and crashed into a Honda Civic. Price was driving the Honda at the time of the crash. 

Ventura County first responders found both drivers trapped inside their vehicles and needs extraction. Officials freed both drivers from the wreck.

Authorities declared Delia Price dead at the scene, while the Dodge driver sustained serious injuries. Medics rushed the driver to Ventura County Medical Center with critical injuries.

CHP is investigating the fatal collision and has said that impairment did not play a factor in the crash.
