FRESNO COUNTY, CA (July 23, 2026) – Wednesday morning, a devastating fiery crash on Manning Avenue near Yuba Avenue killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 8:00 a.m. on Manning Avenue near Yuba Avenue, outside the city of San Joaquin.

A driver was killed after an Audi crashed into a tractor and burst into flames, investigators said.

Authorities said the Audi was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a tractor that was moving slowly along the side of the road. The impact caused the Audi to roll over and catch fire, killing the driver.

The tractor driver sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
